Desired skills and experience
You are a person who knows what it takes to achieve sustainable change and help making real impact over time, and you have passion and experience within one or several of our focus areas:

We are looking for people:
- with 6+ years of experience from management consulting or similar setting
- with tools and passion for supporting our clients on their transformation journey
- who would love to work in an entrepreneurial setting and help develop Ascend
- with an inclusive mindset and great leadership skills
- who enjoy co-creating in teams, with both colleagues and clients
- who believe in fun as a competitive advantage
- who are fluent in Swedish and English and live in the Stockholm area
