Knowit Management Consulting Mentorship Program 2026

Are you a student nearing the end of your university studies and curious about a career in management consulting? Are you wondering how to find your way in the jungle of opportunities after graduation? Then our mentorship program is for you!

Knowit’s Mentorship Program introduces you to management consulting

Through our mentorship program, you will gain first-hand insight into what it's like to work as a management consultant. We hope to answer any questions you might have on what consulting is actually all about according to us. 

Beyond exploring the consulting profession, we'll focus on your personal growth: understanding your motivations, goals, and ambitions (and maybe fears). Each participant will be matched with a mentor and together you decide on your 1:1 coaching sessions.

Three evening sessions starting in February 2026

The program includes three evening sessions where you'll meet fellow students and Knowit consultants. Together, you'll work on real-life cases, practice essential consulting tools, and reflect as a group. The evening sessions will be held at our Stockholm office, and we promise – this will involve lots of fun!
