Start your journey with us as a management consultant in Stockholm during the autumn of 2027. As a graduate, you will be consulting from day one - working on real client projects together with experienced colleagues. Alongside your assignments, our graduate program is designed to accelerate your development through structured training and mentoring. After your first year, you’ll continue your career with us, taking on new challenges, expanding your responsibilities, and shaping your future as a consultant.

You will work in close collaboration with clients across various industries, broadening your knowledge and competencies within our four offerings; tech transformation, commercial excellence, operational excellence and strategy & growth. Our program equips you with the tools to thrive as a management consultant while contributing to our clients' transformational journeys.

The program is for you who have recently completed a relevant university degree (0-1 years of work experience) and are ready to launch your career as a management consultant.

Who we are looking for

• Relevant university degree such as M.Sc in Industrial Engineering, master's degree in Management, Business, Economics, or similarly

• Fluency in both Swedish and English

• Based in Stockholm
