Irfan is currently working as Head of Innovation for Knowit Connectivity where he cooperates with a team of exceptionally talented Innovation Leaders to plan and execute Knowit Connectivity's Innovation Strategy. 

Irfan invented and implemented an Innovation Model for Agile teams to support sustainable innovation Eco-system and culture development within an Agile team context. He is the Product Owner for "Innovation in a Box", an offering to integrate innovation into an organization's daily operations. He is a Certified Innovation Leader and an Innovation mentor at the "Innovationsledarna" association in Sweden.
